Terms of Service

Effective date: August 11, 2026 Products covered: the MyTarotWorld website, Telegram Mini App, VK Mini App, and related services

MyTarotWorld (the “Service”) is operated by SEG AI Interconnect Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any supplementary rules we publish for a particular feature. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some features require an account. You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity in your account. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account, or use the Service in an unauthorized commercial, public-facing, or resale manner. Where we reasonably suspect unauthorized access, we may require identity verification, reset credentials, or take temporary protective measures.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted tarot draws, readings, chats, content, account records, and store or in-platform features that may be made available from time to time. We may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features. If a change materially affects a service you have purchased, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and the order terms.

3. Important Entertainment and Safety Notice

The Service and AI-generated content are for entertainment, inspiration, and self-reflection only. They do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, suitability, or prediction of future events, and are not provided by human psychics, fortune tellers, or professionals.

Do not use a reading as a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, educational, employment, insurance, safety, or other professional advice. Do not make urgent, significant, or irreversible decisions based on it. If you are in immediate danger, crisis, or need professional support, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. You are responsible for decisions and actions based on the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• violate laws or others’ rights, or use the Service to harass, threaten, deceive, discriminate against, exploit, or harm anyone;
• submit another person’s personal information, private communications, or sensitive information without necessary authorization;
• transmit malicious code, interfere with the Service or servers, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or APIs;
• use crawlers, robots, scripts, or other automation to scrape, stress-test, or interfere with the Service beyond normal use;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, mirror, sell, rent, sublicense, or create a derivative service from the Service, except to the extent a right cannot be excluded by applicable law;
• impersonate us or another person, falsely imply an affiliation with us, or resell access credentials, promotional codes, or digital benefits without written authorization; or
• exceed or attempt to circumvent usage, frequency, balance, or other access limits applicable to free, paid, platform, or account features.

5. Content You Submit

You retain rights in content that you submit. To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the period necessary to provide and improve the Service, to store, process, transmit, display, and generate output related to your request. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential, sensitive, or unsuitable content for processing by us and our technical providers. If you voluntarily submit feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve the Service without compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service’s software, interface, text, logos, designs, images, card assets, and other content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and belong to us or the relevant licensors. You may not use them except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service through the interfaces we provide. Your use of AI output remains subject to law, third-party rights, and these Terms. AI output may be similar to output received by others, and we do not guarantee that it is unique or non-infringing.

7. Paid Features, Orders, and Refunds

If we offer paid digital services, subscriptions, or physical goods, the price, currency, taxes, delivery method, automatic renewal (if any), and cancellation method will be displayed before you order. You authorize us or the platform/payment provider you choose to process payment for the confirmed order. Payment success, service delivery, order cancellation, and refunds are determined by the payment provider’s final status, order information, and applicable law.

Refunds, cancellations, and after-sales matters are governed by the Refund, Cancellation, and After-Sales Policy. That Policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Transactions made through Telegram, VK, or another third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s mandatory rules.

8. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. When you use third-party sign-in, platform, or payment services, that provider’s privacy policy and service rules also apply.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain third-party websites, sign-in services, payment services, or platform features. Third parties operate independently, and we do not control their content, availability, or data processing. Review their rules before using them. Except where law requires otherwise, we are not responsible for their acts or content.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we make no express, implied, or statutory warranty, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continued availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional wrongdoing, fraud, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits a limitation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim directly related to a paid service is limited to the amount you actually paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose. If you paid no fee, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. This section does not affect non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the extent reasonably necessary to protect security, address unlawful or abusive behavior, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. For paid services that have not been performed, we will act in accordance with applicable law, the order terms, and the Refund Policy. Termination does not affect rights, obligations, or dispute handling that arose before termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by laws consistent with the Service and mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable where you live. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction or another dispute-resolution body provided by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to complain to an authority or pursue consumer remedies in the legally prescribed venue.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms because of changes to features, law, security, or our business. Before a material change takes effect, we will provide notice through a prominent website notice, account notice, or another appropriate method. Continuing to use the Service after the update means that you accept it to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before it takes effect. For completed orders, the version displayed at the time of order applies unless law permits otherwise or you agree.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Our failure to exercise a right does not waive that right to the extent permitted by law.
